Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TinyPush ("the Service"), operated at tinypush.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TinyPush. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To use payment features -- including sending priority pushes or receiving payments as a creator -- you must be at least 18 years of age. By making or receiving a payment through TinyPush, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into financial transactions.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts using automated methods, impersonate other individuals, or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

TinyPush is a platform for anonymous Q&A and messaging. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send messages that contain harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind
• Post or transmit hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Share or solicit illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material
• Send credible threats of violence or self-harm
• Distribute spam, phishing links, malware, or fraudulent content
• Engage in doxxing or sharing others' private information without consent
• Circumvent rate limits, content filters, or other platform safety measures
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.

5. Content Moderation

TinyPush employs automated content moderation, including word-based filtering and pattern matching, to detect and prevent prohibited content. Messages that violate our content policies may be automatically blocked or flagged for review.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or poses a risk to the safety of our users.

Creators may also moderate messages they receive, including the ability to hide or report individual pushes.

6. Payment Terms

Priority Pushes

Users may send priority pushes to creators for a fee set by the creator. These payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Platform Fee

TinyPush charges a 10% platform fee on all priority push payments. Creators receive 90% of the payment amount, minus any applicable Stripe processing fees.

Stripe Connect

Creators receive payments through Stripe Connect. By connecting your Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Priority push payments are generally non-refundable once the message has been delivered to the creator. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical failure, duplicate charges, or fraud. To request a refund, contact us at privacy@tinypush.me.

7. Creator Responsibilities

By using TinyPush as a creator, you agree to:

• Make reasonable efforts to engage with messages received through the platform, especially priority pushes that involve payment
• Maintain appropriate content on your profile and in your responses
• Not use the platform to solicit illegal activity or promote harmful content
• Comply with all applicable tax laws regarding income received through TinyPush
• Report any abusive or threatening messages using the platform's reporting features

8. Intellectual Property

The TinyPush name, logo, and all related branding are the property of TinyPush. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through TinyPush. By posting content on the platform, you grant TinyPush a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Repeated content moderation violations
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Behavior that threatens the safety of other users
• Inactivity for an extended period

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any pending payouts will be processed according to Stripe's standard schedule.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TinyPush and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

TinyPush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for the content of messages sent between users. Anonymous messages reflect the views of their authors, not of TinyPush.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TinyPush does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the TinyPush website or via email to registered users. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
