Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 17, 2026
1. Introduction
TinyPush ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TinyPush platform at tinypush.me. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. By using TinyPush, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create a TinyPush account, we collect information through our authentication provider, Clerk. This may include your email address, display name, profile photo, and any information associated with your social login provider (such as Google or GitHub).
Messages and Content
We store the messages ("pushes") that users send to creators. If you send a push as an anonymous user, the content of your message is stored along with metadata such as timestamps.
IP Addresses and Device Information
We collect and retain IP addresses for the purposes of rate limiting, spam prevention, and platform safety. This information is not shared with creators or other users. We may also collect basic device and browser information through standard web server logs.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. TinyPush does not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. We retain only transaction identifiers and amounts necessary to maintain records of priority push payments. Creators who receive payments connect their accounts through Stripe Connect and are subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
Usage Data
We may collect information about how you access and use the platform, including pages visited, features used, and interactions with content. This helps us improve TinyPush and diagnose technical issues.
3. How Anonymous Messaging Works
TinyPush allows users to send anonymous messages to creators. When you send an anonymous push, the creator cannot see your identity, IP address, or any personally identifiable information.
However, TinyPush retains your IP address internally for safety, abuse prevention, and rate limiting purposes. In cases of credible threats, harassment, or illegal activity, we may be required to disclose this information to law enforcement authorities in compliance with applicable law.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the TinyPush platform
- To process transactions and send payment-related notifications
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse or spam
- To moderate content and maintain community safety
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests

- To improve and personalize your experience on the platform
5. Cookies and Tracking
TinyPush uses the following cookies:
- Authentication cookies: Managed by Clerk to keep you signed in and maintain your session.
- Theme preference: A local cookie to remember your light/dark mode preference.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with the following parties only as necessary:
- Clerk: For authentication and account management.
- Stripe: For payment processing and creator payouts.
- InstantDB: For database services that power the platform.
- Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Messages are retained as long as the creator's account exists, unless deleted by the creator.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@tinypush.me. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
8. Children's Privacy
TinyPush is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@tinypush.me and we will take steps to remove that information.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use TinyPush but are not permitted to make or receive payments through the platform. Payment features require users to be at least 18 years old.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
